Submitting a quote request does not guarantee service, availability, or a final price. Preferred Delivery Pros reviews each request based on distance, item size, schedule, loading needs, access details, and other job requirements.

Final pricing is confirmed before a delivery is scheduled.

Delivery Availability 

Same-day and next-day delivery may be available depending on schedule and job details.

Preferred Delivery Pros is unavailable on Saturdays and Tuesday evenings.

Customer Information 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, drop-off details, item descriptions, photos if requested, and access information. Additional charges may apply if the job details are different from the information provided. 

Item Handling 

Preferred Delivery Pros makes reasonable efforts to handle items carefully. Customers should identify fragile, valuable, oversized, unusually heavy, or delicate items before the delivery is scheduled.

Loading and Access 

Some deliveries may require loading help (such as forklift), stairs access, elevator access, gate codes, parking access, or additional time. Customers should provide this information before booking. 

Service Refusal 

Preferred Delivery Pros may decline or cancel a delivery request if the job is unsafe, unavailable, outside the service area, improperly described, or not suitable for pickup truck delivery.
